Post-Set Metrics -- Receive, concise reports that compare the current set's performance with your all-time best at that weight/rep range. Compare weight lifted, rep speed, range of motion, tempo consistency, and pause duration with the previous set, then receive weight and rep recommendations for next next set. After training, instantly assess whether each rep meets competition standards—including depth, range of motion, and downward motion.
