The Good Point application makes it easy to practice gratitude every day. Gratitude improves life and has a positive impact that ripples through your surrounding. The daily practice of gratitude can be done at any time that is convenient for you. Practice brings out the good in life, shines a spotlight on it and allows more of it to emerge. Thankfulness is a part of giving and receiving in the world. I received good in the world and I give Thanks to the Creator. Our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship in our lives and affects all other relationships. It is only through self-love that you can create relationships that are healthy and meaningful. Recognition of the good things I've done, is one of the keys to increasing self-love.
