My mission is to deliver a workout training log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free. I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other workout trackers do). What stands Strive apart: - Create unlimited workout routines, most trackers paywall this - Crate workout plans, assign workouts to days or in an order - Share your workouts with your friends or followers - train together without paying - Set weight or reps for the next workount and ensure progressive overload, go get those gains - RIR/RPE tracking with effective reps metric - Sync cardio and bodyweight with Health so you don't have to input the data manually - Mark workouts as deloads to better understand and analyze the data - Advanced charts without paywall, analyze routine, bodypart or exercise progress - Fully offline - I know some gyms have poor reception - Rest timer personalizeable per exercise - Personalizable dashboard - Choose from many widgets in various sizes to compose your dashboard, just like your phone's homescreen. Have all the data visible at a glance! - Placeholder exercise, select exercise category and bodypart or a group of exercises and then select the actual exercise when working out, based on the feelings or what's free at the gym - Custom keyboard to input workout data frictionlessly, allows to copy value from previous set, set value to all sets, and increment and decrement value - Wrapped, see your year in review at the end of the year - Themes & theme creator - Privacy first - no data tracking - No ads Rest of the features that you would expect: - Measurements and weight ins - Notes - Backup - never loos your data - Prs - Use all the set types, warmup, dropset, myo reps etc - Workout finish reminder - never again open an app to see that you have not saved the previous training - Dark mode - Exercise database I hope my app will help you achieve your goals, in general, just progress and get better. I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and workout tracker app. Remember, we all are gonna make it! Your gym bro, Artur. _________________________________________ Terms of Use: https://strive-workout.com/terms-conditions/ Privacy Policy: https://strive-workout.com/privacy-policy/

Rekk turns your Apple Watch data into one honest number each morning: your Body Charge. Every morning it reads your overnight HRV, sleep quality, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, steps, sunlight and VO₂ max from Apple Health. It runs them through a scoring model built on longevity research (Huberman, Attia, Walker) to answer one question. How recovered are you today? BODY CHARGE The main number. Charged overnight by sleep and HRV. Drained by what you do during the day. Green means go. Amber means pace yourself. Red means rest. SCORED AGAINST YOU, NOT A POPULATION AVERAGE Most apps compare you to a fixed threshold. Rekk learns your own baseline over 30 days, so an ordinary night reads as ordinary whether your resting HRV is 35ms or 75ms. A good day for you is a good day. SLEEP Duration, deep and REM breakdown, efficiency, wake episodes and overnight heart rate. A rolling 14-night sleep debt figure tells you whether you are catching up or falling behind. INSIGHTS Trends for recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and sunlight, from 7 days out to 2 years. Plain-language observations when something in your data genuinely changes, not noise. TRAIN Log workouts with sets, reps and weight. Build reusable plans. See your previous performance on every exercise plus an estimated 1RM. Rest timer included. Your workout history backs up privately so you can recover it on a new phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. Workout logs sync to a private cloud, and you can sign in with Apple to tie that backup to your account. No ads. No tracking. Your individual health records are never shared. FREE FOREVER No subscription. No paid tier. No feature held back. Everything in Rekk is free. Requires Apple Watch for HRV, sleep staging, SpO₂ and respiratory rate data.
