Less searching for paperwork. More knowing where it is. MyHouseFiles helps you find your home documents quickly and keep track of maintenance. Receipts, manuals, warranties, passports, policies and deeds all live in one place. WHAT YOU KEEP - Items: the things you own, with photos, receipts, manuals, serial numbers, purchase details, warranty, maintenance, and service history. - Important Documents: standalone records like passports, IDs, insurance policies, deeds, and certificates, watched for expiration. Attach the document itself as a PDF, a scan, or a photo. - Files: the receipts, warranties, and manuals attached to an Item, gathered in the Documents tab. SHARE A PROPERTY WITH YOUR FAMILY - Invite family to a property and everyone sees and updates the same Items, storage boxes, and reminders on their own device. - Sharing runs through Apple's iCloud, so everyone needs an iCloud account. You choose who joins and can remove anyone or stop sharing any time. - Important Documents are never part of a shared property. KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION - Your Home screen leads with documentation completeness: a plain checklist of whether each Item has a photo, receipt, serial number, value, and warranty. It is a record-keeping guide, not a guarantee of insurance coverage. - Complete Your Records shows which Items are missing something, with shortcuts to fix each one. Mark a detail "Not applicable" when it doesn't apply. - One Needs Attention list gathers expiring warranties, expiring documents, active recalls, and due maintenance, sorted by urgency. - A Home Record Status widget shows it all on your Home Screen. KEEP UP WITH MAINTENANCE - Maintenance schedules for filters, batteries, and other recurring upkeep. - Warranty reminders 90, 30, and 7 days before coverage ends, and on the day it expires. - Recall alerts checked against the U.S. CPSC database. - Scan receipts and barcodes to fill in details. FIND ANYTHING - Search across Items, Documents, and storage, or ask Siri to add or open Documents. - Spotlight finds your Items and Important Documents. Documents are indexed privately: only the type and expiry, never the number, holder, or image. STORAGE - Track the boxes and bins in your garage, shed, attic, or storage unit, and what lives in each one. - Print a QR label for a box, scan it, and jump straight to its contents. MULTIPLE PROPERTIES - File an Important Document under a property, like a deed or homeowners policy, and filter Documents by property. Household documents stay separate. READY WHEN YOU NEED IT - Insurance-ready PDF reports, grouped by room, with replacement values and proof of purchase. - Export a PDF inventory, or a Full Backup of your whole record, photos and files included. Re-import it to rebuild. - Protect exports with a password if you like. Passwords cannot be recovered, so keep them somewhere safe. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your home record lives on your device. There's no MyHouseFiles account to create, no ads, and no tracking. Turn on optional iCloud Sync to back it up and keep it current across your devices through your own private iCloud. Sharing a property is optional too, and it goes through iCloud, never a server of ours. Your record is protected by your device and Apple's encryption. MyHouseFiles does not add its own end-to-end encryption. An Important Document's number, issuing authority, and images are shown only when you open the record, not in lists, search previews, or widgets. FREE AND PRO MyHouseFiles is free to use, with 10 Items, 10 photos per Item, 3 storage boxes, 1 property, and 3 Important Documents. MyHouseFiles Pro removes those limits and adds iCloud Sync, automatic recall monitoring, all reminders, and PDF and Full Backup export, including password protection. Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Made by GadgetHeads LLC. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
