Sticky Notes Sync

DeskStick is a sticky notes app that syncs your notes across all your Apple devices via iCloud. Stick with your ideas, prompts, and AI outputs — wherever you are. DeskStick works particularly well as a lightweight companion for anyone who uses popular AI assistants every day. Keep reusable prompts pinned and ready, and park generated drafts before pasting them into your real editor or document. KEY FEATURES • iCloud Sync Your stickies are automatically synced across iPhone, iPad, and Mac via iCloud. Start a note on one device and pick it up on another. • Color Coding Organize notes by color. Separate work, personal, and experimental ideas at a glance. Colors sync via iCloud too. • Organize View Browse all your stickies in a single list or grid view. Switch display modes to fit how you think. • Home Screen Widgets Surface your latest notes on your home screen. Choose between a multi-note list widget and a single-sticky widget in small, medium, and large sizes. Tap a widget to jump straight into the note. Updates from any device sync to the widget automatically. • Lightweight & Focused No accounts, no ads, no clutter. Just notes that stay with you across your devices. USE CASES FOR THE AI ERA A snippet board for prompts you reuse Templates such as "code review prompt", "meeting notes summarizer", or "translate to English" can each live on their own sticky. They stay reachable while you bounce between browser tabs and chat apps, ready to be copied into the next AI conversation. Color coding makes it easy to separate work, personal, and experimental prompts at a glance. A draft pad for Slack, email, and chat messages Before you hit send on something written in the heat of the moment, write it on a sticky and read it back — that one extra beat is what saves you from "I shouldn't have said that". Drafting on a sticky instead of directly in the recipient's input field also avoids accidental sends. Especially valuable for sensitive customer replies, reports to your manager, and anything you'll regret sending unedited. A scratchpad for LLM outputs When an AI returns a code snippet or a draft, you often want to compare a few versions before committing them to your editor or document. DeskStick acts as a disposable scratchpad for those LLM outputs. Cross-device AI workflows Start drafting a prompt on your iPhone during your commute and finish it on your Mac at your desk. Because notes sync via iCloud, the constant "save a fragment, pick it up somewhere else" rhythm of working with AI fits naturally with DeskStick. Why DeskStick Unlike many basic sticky note apps, DeskStick is built around iCloud sync that reaches iPhone, iPad, and Mac together — well-suited to high-frequency note taking around AI tools. REQUIREMENTS • iOS 16.0 or later • An iCloud account signed in on your device • iCloud Drive enabled A companion macOS app is also available, so your notes follow you between iPhone, iPad, and Mac. DeskStick is free to download, with no ads and no subscriptions. If you find it useful, a review or a word to a friend is the best support you can give. Built by an indie developer. You write things down and still forget them. Fridge puts the note where you cannot miss it: on your lock screen. You do not have to open an app or go hunting for a widget. It is the first thing you see, every single time you pick up your phone. YOUR LOCK SCREEN IS A FRIDGE DOOR That is the surface households already use for the note that must not be missed. Shopping list. Gym bag. Call the dentist. Stick it there and it does its job on its own. TICK THINGS OFF WITHOUT UNLOCKING Tap a checkbox straight from the lock screen. No Face ID, no app launch, and no losing five minutes to social media on the way in. IT DOES NOT DISAPPEAR The big note is a Live Activity, and iOS ends those after about eight hours. Every app in this category runs into that limit. Fridge ships a lock screen widget that never expires. Add it under your clock (the app shows you how, once) and your note is always there. Fridge also re-arms the big note every time you open the app, tick a box or edit a line. In the worst case your note gets smaller. It does not vanish. YOU DECIDE WHAT APPEARS WHERE • Live note, Widget only, or Off, in one tap • Hide it in the Dynamic Island, so taps meant for other apps stop landing here • Widget-only mode keeps it off your Apple Watch entirely • Fridge never sends you a notification. Not one. 264 DESIGNS, BUILT FROM THREE CHOICES Pick a paper, pick a sheet, pick a pen. 24 papers (legal pad yellow, kraft, chalkboard, blueprint, ivory, midnight, espresso) times 11 sheet types (plain, ruled, grid, dotted, legal, taped, magnet, pinned, photo corners, bulldog clip, till roll). That is 264 designs, and with 10 pens over the top, 2,640 looks. Three designs are free; Plus unlocks the rest. They are drawn, not photographed: real ruling, real torn edges, washi tape, magnets, push pins and photo corners, at a download of a few megabytes rather than a few hundred. IT LOOKS HANDWRITTEN, BECAUSE IT IS DRAWN Checkboxes are inked boxes with a real tick through them, not a system glyph. Finished lines get a struck-through stroke that wobbles the way a pen does. Five of the ten pens are genuine handwriting faces, and every line sits on its own slightly uneven baseline. The same note always draws the same way, on the lock screen, in the widget and in the app. DRAW, AND STICK THINGS ON Pen, marker, pencil, and a proper eraser. Drop in a photo and Fridge lifts the subject out of its background automatically, on your phone. Photos stay pinned where you put them, so drawing on top never drags them around. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN TOO Small, medium and large widgets. The medium and large ones are tickable. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION No account. No sign-in. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party SDKs of any kind. Background removal runs on your device. There is no server for your notes to go to. FRIDGE PLUS Try everything free for 7 days, with no card and no commitment. After that, pay once for lifetime, or subscribe monthly or yearly if you would rather. Plus unlocks all 264 designs, unlimited notes, and removes the small Fridge mark. Everything that makes Fridge work stays free: the lock screen note, the checkboxes, the widgets, and full control over what appears where. Requires iOS 18. iPhone only. Fridge Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
