This timer is designed for practicing the Pomodoro Technique, a time management method that involves repeating cycles of 25 minutes of focused work followed by 5 minutes of short breaks. (You can set the timer to your preferred time.) By breaking down tasks and taking appropriate breaks, you can maximize your concentration while preventing mental fatigue. It also supports Live Activities and lock screen integration powered by AlarmKit, so you can easily keep track of your sessions at a glance. This app do not directly support Widgets. However, since we use AlarmKit, we do support features such as Live Activities through AlarmKit.
