Google Forms™ is a simple and great tool for building web forms. With Rilla Forms, it can be used as a powerful and easy to use offline field data collection system. To begin, create a Google Form™ as you normally would and use the Rilla Forms add-on to publish it. This produces a QR code which you can scan. Then you can go into the field and fill in form data as many times as you like and upload it when you are online. For example, suppose you want to capture observations of insects for a school project. The teacher creates the form, and each student scans the QR code on their phone and then fills out the form for each insect they see. When they return to class, they can upload their data and the teacher can immediately see it in Google Sheets™.

Your head is loud. Brain Dump gives it a blank page. Open the app and the cursor is already waiting. Write the thing that's bugging you, press Return, and it's out of your head and saved. No category to pick, no priority to set, no folder to find. Sort it later, or never. HOW IT WORKS Drop it in Write a thought and press Return. It lands in a loose pile at the top, ready for the next one. A burst of ten thoughts takes ten seconds. Sort what's loose When you have a minute, tap Sort. Thoughts come up one at a time, as a stack of slips. One tap files each as an Idea, Task, Note, Inspiration, Question or Random. Flag the urgent ones. Mark what's already done. Undo anything. Finish things Tasks get a checkbox. Swipe to complete or delete, with Undo. Finished thoughts fold away into a quiet "done" line, so the page shows what's still on your mind. Find anything Search as you type. Filter by category, priority or #tag in one tap. Your full history is always there and always searchable. BUILT TO FEEL CALM - Your thoughts are set in a serif typeface, like writing on paper. The app's own controls stay out of the way. - Warm paper in light mode, a soft charcoal desk in dark mode. - A home screen widget puts your latest thoughts a glance away, and one tap puts the cursor on the page. - No streak guilt. The daily reminder is optional and written to be kind. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your thoughts live only on your device. No account, no sync, no one reading over your shoulder. Export everything to JSON or CSV whenever you like, and restore from a backup. FREE, AND GENEROUS Free forever: unlimited capture, all six categories and priorities, tags, pinning, daily reminder, full searchable history and export. BRAIN DUMP PRO Pro is the work the app does for you. - Open loops: questions you never answered and urgent things going stale, surfaced before they rot. - Your patterns: when your head is clearest, what you keep returning to, what you actually finish. - Echoes: the thought you keep having in different words. - On this day: old thoughts come back when they're useful again. - Your week: a short, honest read on what you captured and closed. - Photos on a thought, reminders on individual thoughts, and your own categories. Pro is available monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Brain Dump is for the people whose minds run ahead of them: ADHD brains, busy brains, creative brains, anyone who's ever had a great idea and lost it by the time they found a pen. Write it down. Let it go.
