Capture a thought. Keep a record. Make it useful. QuickMemo helps you quickly save ideas, work notes, workouts and meditation sessions. Organize with categories and tags, then look back through a timeline. Available on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. QUICK NOTES • Shake your device while the app is open to bring up note entry. • Add a title, text, category and tags. • Automatic draft saving keeps your unfinished writing. ORGANIZE AND FIND • Create categories for work, ideas and everyday life. • Choose icons and colors, and drag to reorder. • Use default category tags and multiple tags per note. • Find notes with search or a timeline grouped by date. WORKOUT LOGGING • Record exercise, weight, reps, units, RPE (perceived effort), tags and notes. • Reuse previous weight and reps for faster entry. • Review your history and edit or delete entries on iPhone. • On Apple Watch, adjust values with the Digital Crown and save consecutive sets. HEART RATE AND HRV • Connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor to view trends and zones. • With your permission, read heart rate and HRV (SDNN) from Apple Health and save them with activity entries. • Start a workout on a compatible Apple Watch to view live heart rate on iPhone. Apple Health readings depend on available saved or synced measurements. HRV is not measured continuously in real time. Starting a Watch workout from iPhone requires iOS 17 or later and the companion Watch app. APPLE WATCH • Write and review notes, log workouts, time meditation and view heart rate. • Answer questions set up on iPhone using two or three choices, or a number. • Use answer reminders, workout and meditation timer alerts, and haptic alerts for heart-rate zone changes. • Keep offline entries on Watch and send them when connected to iPhone. AI TOOLS • Supports ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. • Format or rewrite text, extract tags and summarize notes within a category. • Save frequently used instructions. • Connect a compatible MCP server to use external tools with AI features. AI features require your own API key for a supported service. External service charges follow that provider's terms and are not included with Pro. MCP integration requires server setup. CALENDAR, REMINDERS AND WIDGETS • Add notes to your calendar. • Set reminder templates with a title and body, then tap a notification to start writing. • View notes in widgets. Pro lets you customize displayed categories. EXPORT AND IMPORT • Export CSV, JSON, Markdown and plain text (Pro). • Import JSON to restore a backup. • JSON preserves workout data. FREE VERSION • Base allowance: 100 notes and 5 categories. • Up to 15 tags per note. • Watch a rewarded video to receive 10 extra note slots or 1 extra category slot. QUICKMEMO PRO • Remove limits on notes, categories and tags. • iCloud sync. • Widget customization. • Pro Watch features, including category settings. • Data export. IN-APP PURCHASES Choose a monthly subscription or a one-time Pro license. Prices and purchase terms are shown in the app. The monthly subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. The one-time license provides ongoing access to Pro features.
