This app was created to assist in finding information about the product origin of your favourite foods. Simply scan the barcode and the app will show you information provided by Open Food Facts regarding manufactured location, product origins, and ingredient origins if available. When information is missing, you can easily edit fields so that anybody who scans that same item in the future will see your updates All content in this app is sourced from a third party, Open Food Facts. All their information is crowd sourced and may not always be accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is correct. When editing information, your changes are immediately shared with all other users of Open Food Facts and any other apps and software that utilize their API. Please be mindful when editing fields to ensure their accuracy and that no offensive content is included.
