Shoot found footage, home videos and Y2K snapshots that look like they came off an old camera. reFilm puts a whole shelf of old cameras in your viewfinder – Super 8 and 16mm film, VHS and miniDV tape, a 90s camcorder, a CRT TV, a Y2K digicam, keypad phones, night vision and CCTV – for photo and video. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU RECORD Every look renders live in the viewfinder. For video, the clip you save is the frame you watched – grain, date and glitches included. Nothing is left to fix in an editor. A SHELF OF OLD CAMERAS • Film: Super 8 at 18 or 24 fps, 16mm and cinema looks with grain and glow • Tape: VHS and miniDV looks with tracking noise and color bleed • Found 96: a 90s camcorder with REC, a tape counter and a date stamp you can switch on • TV and digital: a CRT set, a Y2K digicam with CCD smear and low-res keypad phone cameras • After dark: green or white night-vision looks and a 5 fps lobby camera • Skate: Deck 95, a 90s skate-video fisheye look in 4:3 • Toy and glitch cameras for bent, broken pictures CAMCORDER DETAILS • Roll the date stamp back as far as 1970 – on Found 96, Signal 92, Digi 640, the keypad phones, the night-vision looks and Deck 95 • Open a clip with a title card – VACATION, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, A SPECIAL DAY or your own words – on Found 96, Signal 92 and Keypad Night • Hit the tape: on Found 96, press and hold the picture and the tape tears under your finger, even while recording • Sound that ages as you record on the tape, DV, TV, phone, CCTV, toy and bent looks YOUR OLD CLIPS, RESTYLED Import a video or photo from your library, pick a look, then set the ratio, rotation and trim. Hold BEFORE to compare. reFilm saves a new copy and leaves the original untouched. MAKE IT YOURS • Tune noise, color, flicker and more in the Adjust drawer – each look keeps its own settings • Shoot any look in 16:9, 4:3, 1:1 or 2.39:1 • Each look keeps its own frame rate, from 2 to 60 fps • Camcorder-style zoom, also while recording • Full HD video • With Photos access, every shot lands in Photos and a reFilm album Questions or ideas?
