A daily app for self-alignment, wisdom and reflection, for anyone who wants to show up as their best self every day. Read a verse from the Stoics, the Bible, the Quran, the Buddha, the Guru Granth Sahib, Confucius and other great religious leaders, poets and philosophers. Morning and evening, write a few honest lines about how you are and what you're grateful for, and choose one thing to finish today. A 24/7 AI/SI wisdom Guardian (SI: Super and Spiritual Intelligence) answers your questions on any quote and keeps you accountable to your goals and vision. Tuning practices shift your state and bring you back into alignment with your best self. Now on Apple Watch. WHAT SIX EIGHT (6/8 OR 6:8) MEANS: 6 is your outer life: work, health, money, habits and relationships. It asks what you need to do. 8 is your inner life: faith, meaning, reflection and presence. It asks who you are becoming. Six Eight (6/8) keeps both on the same page. WHAT'S INSIDE: DAILY WISDOM Stoic quotes, Bible verses, passages from the Quran, poetry and philosophy. Search by author or theme, listen to any line, or turn it into today's action. 5 MINUTE JOURNAL Morning and evening check-ins, plus a journal you can write in or talk to. Use it as a Stoic journal, a gratitude journal or a prayer journal. Voice entries are transcribed on your device, and Private entries stay locked behind Face ID or your passcode. TEMPLE Prayers from Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh and Taoist traditions, guided breathing, gratitude, a vision board, your values and purpose, and a short list of what has to happen today. ALIGNMENT SCORE AND PATHS A quick daily check-in becomes a score with weekly and monthly trends, so you can see whether what you read turns into what you do. Paths offer guided journeys, and a 7-day Journey walks you through your first week. WHAT'S PULLING ME When a craving, a comparison or an old reaction takes hold, name it, read a line that fits and pick one small action. APPLE WATCH Today's wisdom on your wrist. Speak or type your morning and evening entry and it syncs to your iPhone journal. Check your Alignment Score, read prayers offline with Hold to Amen, and take a guided breath. ALSO INCLUDED Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, share cards for any quote, and light or dark mode. 6/8 PRO New members start with a free trial on the yearly plan.
