About

Risk Ringer

Features

RiskRinger is the safety management system (SMS) app for aviation organisations. Report an event or hazard in seconds, close out your actions, run audits and inspections on the spot, and keep on top of your flight duties, across flight operations, ground operations and workplace health and safety. REPORT IN SECONDS • The Report button sits in the centre of the tab bar, one tap from anywhere in the app. • Speak your report: describe what happened, where and when, and RiskRinger drafts the form for you to check before it is sent. • Written safety and hazard reports follow your organisation's own templates, with an optional risk rating of your own. • No signal? Your report is saved on the phone and sent automatically when you are back online. EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS YOU, IN ONE PLACE • Home shows a tile for each module you use, with a badge only when something is waiting on you. • Calendar shows your week, with duties and due dates from across RiskRinger, and keeps a copy for when you are offline. • Inbox gathers your notifications and the notices you need to read and acknowledge. SAFETY MANAGEMENT ON THE MOVE • Action Register: post updates on the actions assigned to you, attach evidence, and approve actions when you are the approver. • Audits and Inspections: work through checklists on site, record findings with photos and notes, raise actions and sign off. • ORAT: complete an operational risk assessment before the job or the flight. • Document Library: read the current version of your manuals and procedures, and acknowledge them. • Emergency Response (ERP): a live event shows across the app, so you can acknowledge it, follow updates and use the event chat. FLIGHT OPERATIONS For organisations that use RiskRinger Flight Operations: • Sign on and sign off with a fatigue check, see where you stand against your flight and duty limits, and report fatigue. • View your roster and schedule, acknowledge duties, and request changes or swaps. • Capture flight records, including legs, loads and manifests, then review and sign them. • Raise aircraft defects and keep your logbook up to date. BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANISATION • What you see follows the role and permissions your organisation gives you. • The app works with the RiskRinger web platform, where your safety team investigates reports, assesses risk and tracks trends. RiskRinger is for organisations that use the RiskRinger platform, and you need an account from your organisation to sign in. The modules and features available to you depend on your organisation's subscription and your role.
