Pomodoro Focus is a calm, beautiful Pomodoro timer that helps you study, work and read with deep focus, and actually take your breaks. Start a 25-minute focus session with one tap. When it ends, a short break is ready; every third session earns you a longer one. Your timer lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you never have to unlock your phone and get distracted. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT • Pomodoro or No breaks: classic focus and break cycles, or an open-ended stopwatch for long flow sessions • Live Activity: the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and start buttons • Smart breaks: a short break after every focus, a long break after every 3 sessions • Stats that motivate: focus time by day, week and month, your sessions and your day streak • Categories: track time for work, study, reading or anything you add, each with its own emoji • Ambient sounds: rain, forest, campfire, waterfall, thunderstorm and office noise to block distractions • Living backgrounds: Lava, Aurora, Silk and Mesh in 7 colors. Auto changes the color with every stage • Notifications when a focus or a break ends, even when your phone is locked • Start from anywhere: Control Center, the Action button, Siri and Shortcuts • iCloud sync across your devices • A small celebration for every finished session MADE TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY No account, no ads, no clutter. Set your durations once (focus 10 to 90 minutes, short breaks 1 to 15 minutes, long breaks 10 to 40 minutes) and get to work. Great for students preparing for exams, writers, developers, remote workers and anyone who wants to beat procrastination with the Pomodoro Technique.

About

Capi

Features

Stop losing the fight against your phone. Capi is a focus timer for anyone who gets distracted easily, especially students who need to study. Pick the apps that eat your study or work time and Capi actually blocks them for the length of your session, using Apple's own Screen Time technology. The block is applied at the system level, so it survives you closing Capi or restarting your phone. Every session you finish earns XP, levels up your capybara, and unlocks cosmetics to customize Capi your way, so staying focused feels like a game instead of a chore. This is self-restriction, by your own choice, and not a parental control tool. Capi only ever locks apps on your own device, when you tell it to. Trying to quit early isn't one tap. You'll go through a short, calming breathing pause first (a technique that published research from the Max Planck Institute and Heidelberg University has linked to a major drop in compulsive app-opening), followed by a brief cooldown before you're let out. FOCUS LIKE IT'S A GAME, NOT A CHORE Every session you finish (not bail on) earns XP toward Capi's level ladder, from a fidgety Restless Rodent all the way to a fully radiant Guru. Leveling up unlocks new looks for Capi, custom work/break patterns, and harder strictness tiers like Timeout and Deep Focus. These are modes you choose to turn on once you've earned them. A STREAK THAT ACTUALLY MEANS SOMETHING A daily focus goal keeps you honest today. A streak counter keeps you honest this month. One genuinely bad day won't wreck it: a Streak Shield automatically covers a miss, no guilt required. BRING YOUR BUDDIES Add a few real friends, see who's mid-session right now, and compare this week's focus minutes on your own private Weekly Focus League, never public. Nudge a buddy whose streak looks at risk, or link a Duo Streak that pauses (never breaks) on an off day. BUILT FOR CRUNCH TIME Capi is bold, a little competitive, and built for the specific adrenaline of finals week, deadline week, or any day you have to get it done. WHAT'S FREE The full core loop is free, forever: sessions, real blocking, XP, levels, streaks, up to 5 blocklist apps, and your stats. CAPI PRO • Unlimited blocklist apps (free is capped at 5) • Unlimited blocked app categories (free is capped at 1) • Unlimited buddies (free is capped at 3) • Custom multi-round work/break patterns • Faster Streak Shield accrual: a shield every 4 days instead of every 7 Your data stays yours. Capi never sees which apps you picked to block, only opaque tokens Apple's own framework hands us, and has no ad or analytics SDK watching you. Full plain-language details in the in-app privacy policy. Real blocking. Real streaks. A capybara who's gently judging you if you don't study. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Capi Pro is available as a monthly subscription (US$3.99/month) or an annual subscription (US$29.99/year). Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
