Second Space is an immersive app designed to aid university students and young professionals with numerous common issues. Second Space will act as a communication and advertising system whereby people can search for accommodation as well as communicate with their accommodation providers. Here tenants will be able to report maintenance issues as well as receive announcements from landlords. The app will also give young people the ability to find, favorite and share: - Food Specials - Drink Specials - Tutoring services - Events - Jobs The app can be viewed as a virtual student and youth hub by grouping various app functions and features together to create an immersive experience that not only provides students with many benefits but also benefits service providers and landlords - all services and students in one place.
Smart Student Access
This app allows registered residents to grant access to their visitors by sending invitations via SMS, iMessage, or WhatsApp. Visitors can then use a Personal Access Code to enter the estate quickly.

Smart Access Student Living Access Control provides registered residents with the functionality to invite visitors using their contacts on their phone. The app provides the functionality to send invitations via SMS, iMessage or WhatsApp. Visitors then provide security with the PAC ( Personal Access Code) to quickly gain access to the estate.
