Learn American Sign Language (ASL) by actually signing. SignWise shows you a real signer, then turns on your camera and coaches you through every sign until you get it right. A COACH THAT WATCHES YOU SIGN Sign in front of your phone and SignWise checks your handshape, palm, location and movement, then tells you the one thing to fix. Get it right and the lesson moves on by itself. No buttons, no breaking your flow. YOUR FACE IS GRAMMAR TOO In ASL, raised eyebrows, a head shake or a puffed cheek change the meaning. SignWise checks your facial expressions as well as your hands, with dedicated units on questions, negation and feelings. REAL SIGNERS, NOT DRAWINGS Every sign is a short video of a real signer. New signs play big first, then shrink into the corner while you copy them. Slow them down or mirror them any time. A PATH THAT KEEPS YOU GOING - 72 units and 408 short lessons, from Hello and fingerspelling to feelings, food, work and travel - A quick check after every lesson - Spaced review that brings each sign back right before you'd forget it - Daily goals and streaks A DICTIONARY OF 1,999 SIGNS Search any word, watch it signed, and practise it with the camera. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your camera video is processed on your phone and never recorded or uploaded. Only your progress syncs to your account. Free. No ads. No subscriptions. Sign videos come from the WLASL dataset (Li et al., 2020).
