Features

Rossi Notes helps volunteers create, update, and share dog walking protocols in one shared, always-current app. Protocols: Create, edit, and archive walking protocols for each dog, including behavior flags (dog/cat/stranger reactive, resource guarder, shy/fearful, jumpy/mouthy, and more), equipment notes (leash, harness, gentle leader, chain, dragline), and notes from the last volunteer who walked them. Dogs needing extra caution or an experienced handler are flagged "Protocol Plus." Archives: Search and review protocols for dogs with instant name search. Messages: Post updates, questions, and reminders to keep every volunteer in the loop. Real-time sync: Changes from one volunteer appear instantly for everyone else — no manual refreshing. Notifications: App icon badges and push alerts flag new messages and protocol updates, even when the app is closed. Access is limited to approved volunteers. After creating an account, email gboyd69@yahoo.com to verify your volunteer status. Always check in with ACE staff to confirm the current protocol before walking a dog — Rossi Notes supports volunteer coordination, it doesn't replace shelter staff guidance.
