About

Zeroh

Features

Zeroh counts the days you have gone without smoking, vaping, drinking or using. And if you slip, it does not erase your progress: a relapse is data, not failure. Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no ads, no trackers. A COUNTER THAT FORGIVES Days, hours, minutes and seconds, live. If you relapse, Zeroh logs it and keeps counting: you see your total clean days and your clean-day percentage, not a humiliating zero. YOUR PLAN, NOT A GENERIC ONE Onboarding starts with a dependence check based on well-known questionnaires (Fagerstrom for nicotine, AUDIT-C for alcohol). Zeroh then builds a plan around your name, your dependence level and your reasons. CRAVING MODE The button you press when it hits: guided breathing, your reason in front of you and a countdown on the Lock Screen through Live Activity. The craving ends before the countdown does. This button is free forever. COLD TURKEY OR TAPERING If quitting all at once is not for you, turn on gradual tapering: set how much you use today and how many weeks you want until zero, and Zeroh lowers the target every day. BUILT FOR ANY HABIT Cigarettes, vaping, nicotine pouches, alcohol, drugs or anything else you want to leave behind. The whole app changes color to match what you are quitting. THE MONEY YOU DO NOT SPEND Zeroh adds up what you have saved and drops it into a savings jar with a goal you choose. WHAT YOUR BODY IS DOING Recovery milestones per substance, using public WHO and UNODC data: what happens at 20 hours, at 3 days, at one month, at one year. CRAVING JOURNAL Log when and why the urge shows up. Zeroh shows you the pattern: the hours that hit hardest, the triggers that repeat. ALSO INSIDE - Daily commitment and mood check-in - Goals, challenges against your own record, achievements - Monthly calendar and weekly recap - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets - Apple Watch app with complications - Siri and Shortcuts - Share your streak as a story, post or landscape card - Export your data whenever you want - Face ID lock - Daily motivation written for the habit you are quitting PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK Most recovery apps share your advertising identifier with third parties. Zeroh shares nothing because there is nobody to share with: no server, no account, no analytics. Delete the app and your data leaves with you. ZEROH PRO Free covers one full habit, emergency button included. Pro adds unlimited habits, your own accent color and a way to support the project. Monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime. Zeroh will never lecture you. No guilt, no judgement, and no relapse that erases what you have already done. Zeroh is not a medical device and does not replace professional treatment.
