Worried about suddenly feeling drowsy while driving, studying, or reading? Then start Beatory's drowsiness prevention right now. Beatory does its best to help you stay awake while you're active. However, depending on individual differences and your condition that day, it may not predict drowsiness accurately. So please don't rely on it blindly—if you feel drowsy before or during an activity, we recommend taking enough rest. ■ How drowsiness prevention works It predicts drowsiness through heart-rate pattern analysis and AI learning. When there's a chance you may become drowsy within minutes, it alerts you in several ways. Even if you don't feel sleepy yourself, it may warn you of possible drowsiness. The goal isn't to precisely judge whether you're drowsy, but to help you stay awake while you're active. When a prediction is off, please actively leave feedback such as "drowsy" or "not drowsy." The more feedback accumulates, the better the drowsiness-prediction model becomes tailored to you. Using drowsiness prevention requires an Apple Watch, and you must allow access to "Heart Rate" and "Workout" in the Health app. ■ Beyond drowsiness prevention — check your health through your heartbeat Beyond drowsiness prevention, Beatory lets you check your own heartbeat and observe its trends. Even without an Apple Watch, you can measure your heart rate simply by placing a finger on your phone's camera, so anyone can get started easily. (Finger measurement is for reference and its accuracy is continually being improved.) Did you know you can gauge your health just by looking at changes in your heartbeat? Some studies even link heart rate to life expectancy. Beatory shows key indicators of your health from heart-rate data: · Heart Rate: the average of measured heart-rate data (BPM) · Heart Rate Variability (HRV): the standard deviation of measured data · RMSSD: the root mean square of successive differences between adjacent beats · pNN50: the percentage (%) of adjacent beat differences exceeding 50 ms In addition, more advanced metrics help you explore your autonomic nervous system and stress in depth: · SD1 / SD2 / SD1·SD2 ratio (Poincaré) · SDSD · CVNN · HRV Triangular Index · TINN · Respiration rate, Stress Index (Baevsky) · Frequency domain: VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF ratio, Total Power, normalized units (n.u.) For these indicators, the "trend" matters more than any single measurement. In Beatory you can view trends by day, week, month, and year—not only for heart rate, HRV, RMSSD, and pNN50, but also for stress index, respiration, SD1/SD2, and CVNN. You can also see your results at a glance through various charts: · Histogram · HRV Tachogram · RR frequency spectrum · Poincaré plot · Autonomic balance (LF/HF) · Stress-index gauge · A live heart-rate graph during finger measurement Each indicator comes with a "Learn more" explanation and links to trustworthy references (papers and professional organizations) so you can learn what the values mean. That said, Beatory simply calculates results mathematically from heart-rate data measured by Apple Watch or your finger. Beatory is not a medical device, and the values provided are for reference only. Therefore, please consult a medical professional when interpreting them. Manage your health with just 5 minutes a day. Protect your health while you still have it. ■ How to measure · Apple Watch: Measure using the "Mindfulness > Breathe" app, then import the results. To bring in data from the Health app, allow access to "Heart Rate Variability" and "Heart Rate." · Finger (camera): Gently place a finger over the rear camera lens to measure. Available even without an Apple Watch. ■ Supported languages Korean · English · Chinese (Simplified) · Japanese ■ About data storage Beatory is used without any sign-up, and your data—such as measurement results—is not sent to any server and is stored only on your device.

Your daily idea deck. Fresh ideas, twice a day, picked for the things you're into right now. A dinner with strangers. A run club that meets Thursday. A book that fits the week you're having. Swipe right on what sparks something, and your Guide helps you make it happen. Picked for You, Not Everyone Tell Journe what you're into right now, like making friends in a new city, growing into a new job, getting back into climbing, or dating with intention. Those become your Journeys, and every card in your deck is picked for one of them: • Something worth knowing, the kind of thing you'll repeat at dinner • A true story of someone who lived it • A place or group near you • Something to try tonight • A chapter worth reading or an episode for your commute • A small experiment to run this week • Someone worth reaching out to • A question worth sitting with Flip any card to see why it fits you and how to start. Every idea you keep is saved to its Journey, with book covers, show links, and maps where they help. A Short Deck, Not an Endless Feed A morning deck and an evening deck, then you're done. The point isn't to keep scrolling, and it isn't another to-do list. Most cards give you something right away, and only a few ask anything of you. Each deck learns from what you keep and what you pass on, so the next one fits a little better. Pass on something and it rests for a while instead of disappearing for good. Premium gives you two decks of 25 cards a day, on your schedule. From Idea to Actually Doing It When you finish a deck, pick one idea to start. Put it on your calendar, set a reminder, open the book or episode, or talk it through with your Guide. Everything else stays saved for later. Follow People Whose Taste You Trust Creators on Journe share what they actually do, not what they sell. Follow a few, and a couple of their picks show up in your deck, in their own words, so you know who picked it and why. When they plan a Moment, you're invited. One idea, one window, everyone who follows them: a phone-free dinner on Sunday, a sunrise walk before work, a letter to someone you miss. Tap "I'm in," add it to your calendar, and do it together. Afterward, see how many people did it with you. Counts, never names: no one sees what you did unless you choose to share it. Find creators in Discover. Start with the featured ones, or search by name or interest. A Guide, Not a Coach Your Guide knows your Journeys and what you've kept, so it can help you plan a first step, prep for something new, or think through a decision. No lectures. The choices stay yours. Keep What Matters Some of your best ideas happen somewhere else. Bring in conversations from ChatGPT and other AI tools, plus posts and pages you've saved. Journe suggests what's worth keeping, and you decide what stays. Use Threads for the questions you want to come back to. No Streaks. No Scores. No Guilt. Miss a day? Nothing breaks. There's no streak to protect, just a fresh deck waiting when you're ready. This app uses Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
