Partytrick vs Bracketology

Host gatherings you'll actually enjoy ... all without dropping a single detail. From curated product sourcing, budgets, invitations, and a plan that tells you exactly what to do and when, Partytrick is the partytrick up your sleeve. From the first guest list to the last "thanks for coming," Partytrick keeps every part of your party organized in one place, so you can host with confidence instead of scrambling. And now it goes wherever you do. This companion app is the on-the-go half of your hosting toolkit: plan and design on the Partytrick web platform, then carry the whole plan in your pocket and run the show from your phone. PLAN TOGETHER Build your gathering and invite your people to help. Collaborative planning means co-hosts, partners, and friends can pitch in on tasks, lists, and decisions in real time — no more scattered group texts. SOURCE THE GOODS Find and shop everything your next gathering needs, from decor to tableware to the little extras that make it feel special — all in one place. SEND INVITATIONS Create and send invitations right from the app and keep track of who's coming. STAY ON BUDGET Set a budget and watch your spending as you go, so the fun never comes with a morning-after surprise. KNOW WHAT TO DO, AND WHEN Your event planning tab lays out exactly what you need and when you need it. Task management keeps every to-do in order, and day-of "nudges" act like a planner in your pocket — reminding you what to do at the exact moment you need to do it. Throw the paper checklists away. MANAGE YOUR INVENTORY Keep track of the items, decor, and swag you already own, so you reuse what you have and only buy what you need. HOST ANY OCCASION Holidays, watch parties, supper clubs, bachelorette parties, BBQs, brunches, brand events, book clubs, and every "just come over" in between. Whether you're planning weeks ahead on the web or running the show from your phone the day of, Partytrick is the companion that has you covered — so you can say "JUST COME OVER" and mean it.
