Make a plan with your family for hurricane season, and for other emergencies too. - Friend Walk: Send your location to a friend through email or SMS on your device. Once the friend accepts the Friend Walk request, the user picks their destination and their friend tracks their location in real time; they can keep an eye on them to make sure they make it safely to their destination. - Entergy Outage Map: Register for Outage Alerts. Get the latest outage updates. - SWBNO's Pumping and Power Dashboard: Customers can test the dashboard and provide feedback to SWBNO via email at outreach@swbno.org. The page will continue to evolve as we add more capabilities and receive user feedback.
