The MF-102S Ring Modulator is a re-invention of Moog Music’s classic Moogerfooger MF-102 analog effects pedal. The MF-102 Ring Modulator, introduced in 1998, contained three complete modular functions: a Ring Modulator, a voltage-controlled Carrier Oscillator, and a voltage-controlled dual-waveform Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO). Designed by Bob Moog and his engineering team, the MF-102 was a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizers, adapted to process, modulate, and play with inputs ranging from guitar, voice, and synthesizer to any imaginable audio source. The MF-102 Ring Modulator has been meticulously recreated as the MF-102S, capturing not only the spaced-out, retro-futuristic sound of the original, but also the organic way in which the parameters interact to create a musical playing experience. The MF-102S is an AUv3 effects plug-in that requires a compatible host or DAW to function.

Enable Crossfeed for classic ping-pong stereo bounce, or push into Over-Feedback to create dense, self-building echoes that drift toward infinity. Stereo or Dual Mono Every section of Quantum Delay — delay, filter, and feedback — can switch between stereo and dual mono modes. Create tight, controlled stereo images or break them apart for wide, offset, unpredictable spaces. Dual mono modulation unlocks complex stereo interplay and beautifully asymmetric echoes. Modulation Without Limits Quantum Delay integrates our advanced modulation system, letting you modulate nearly anything: delay time, filters, feedback parameters, stereo controls, and more.
