Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Whack A Braille at every 2 days against PocketScape's fortnightly. Whack A Braille also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). PocketScape's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and ratings volume (11 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
