Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: التاج الملكي at 5.0 against Bakeet's 4.3. Bakeet's advantage is ratings volume (80 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
