RunWill

RunWill builds your running plan around you — from your very first run to race day. START FROM ZERO Never run before? The First Run Challenge takes you there in five small steps: a short guide, a how-to-run video, a run-ready checklist, your first run, and how it felt. A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR WEEK Tell RunWill your goal — start running, 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon — how you run now and which days work for you. Your plan moves through Base, Build, Peak and Taper, with walk/run intervals for beginners and a taper before race day. Each week shows what you planned and what you actually ran. A COACH THAT EXPLAINS Make a run easier or harder, move it, change your training days, adapt next week, or rebuild after missed runs. Your coach proposes the change, shows exactly what changes and why, and nothing happens until you accept. Every plan is checked against safety limits: rest days every week, no hard days back to back, weekly distance up by no more than about 10%. Ask your coach about pace, effort, breathing or recovery — typed or out loud, up to 15 questions a day, answered with your plan and recent runs in mind. The AI coach is optional: you choose whether your plan answers and questions are shared with our AI provider, and you can change it any time in Settings. YOUR COACH IN YOUR EAR The voice coach talks you through each run: every interval step, every kilometer or mile, your pace against the target, and a short recap at the end. Your music keeps playing, a little quieter while your coach speaks. Mid-run, tap Ask your coach and ask out loud. LEAGUES THAT KEEP YOU GOING Every run earns XP for time on your feet, so beginners and marathoners compete fairly. Seasons last two weeks; the top 3 of each group move up from GO to 5K, 10K, 21K and 42K. RECORD YOUR RUNS GPS recording with live time, distance and pace, step-by-step guidance through intervals, splits and your route on a map. Follow your time, distance, pace and interval step on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while you run. Forgot your phone? Add a run by hand. Say how each run felt — your coach uses it. Share a run as an image with your route. IN YOUR LANGUAGE RunWill and your coach speak English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. RUNWILL PRO RunWill Pro opens the whole app: your full plan, run recording, the First Run Challenge, Coach’s Picks, every coach change, the coach chat and the voice coach. Every screen is there to look around first; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
