Train with Impulse, the EMS training app for the Impulse Suit. Pair your iPhone with the Impulse Power Pod over Bluetooth, pick a session from your program and follow the guided workout video. The app drives your suit in step with the video, section by section, so every contraction and every rest lands exactly where the coach calls it. TRAIN ON THE BIG SCREEN Send your workout to an Apple TV, an AirPlay TV or a Chromecast with Google TV. The video plays on the TV while your iPhone becomes your remote: play, pause and adjust intensity without leaving your workout. YOUR INTENSITY, YOUR WAY Adjust the intensity of each muscle group during the session, right from the player. Your adjustments are saved with your workout. BUILT AROUND SAFETY Every pause, interruption or exit stops the suit first. A paused session resumes only when you choose to, with a short countdown so you are ready before the suit comes back on. ALWAYS READY TO TRAIN Smart Downloads gets the next workout in your program ready on Wi-Fi, so you can train without waiting. If you pause, you can pick up where you left off. KEEP WATCHING Leave the app during a session and the workout continues in Picture in Picture. Play and pause from the lock screen and Control Center. Requires an Impulse Suit and an Impulse Power Pod.
