Doorlio helps staff at bars, clubs and events read supported identification documents and calculate a guest’s age against a configured minimum. See age, admission requirements and document alerts in one clear result. SET UP YOUR AGE CHECKS Choose a minimum admission age of 18, 21 or a custom threshold. Display the guest’s age category separately from the admission result to support different entry and service requirements. Your venue and active rule remain visible on the scanner and can be changed between events. SEE AGE AT A GLANCE View a large age display alongside your configured admission minimum. Doorlio highlights guests below that minimum and flags documents with expired dates so staff can review them. SCAN WITH YOUR PHONE Read supported US and Canadian driver’s licence barcodes and the machine-readable text on supported passports and ID cards. No dedicated scanner hardware is needed. Having trouble reading a document? Import a photo, read the printed front of a supported licence, or enter a date of birth manually for an age calculation. Reading depends on document format, image quality and available information. Some documents require manual review. KEEP GUEST ALERTS VISIBLE Maintain local ban and VIP lists. See matching records and recorded reasons during check-in to support staff decisions. REVIEW REPEAT CHECK-INS Receive an alert when the same ID is scanned again within your configured time window. Use the alert as a prompt for staff to review a repeat entry. MANAGE YOUR RECORDS Browse scan history and venue statistics. Export your visit log as CSV and choose how long records remain on your device. SCAN OFFLINE Core scanning and age calculations work on-device, even in airplane mode. No account is required. Scan records remain on your device unless you choose to export and share them. SUPPORT YOUR JUDGMENT Doorlio is an age-checking aid. It reads document data and calculates age; it does not prove that an ID is genuine or authorize admission or service. Always compare the document photo with the person presenting it, review flagged details and follow the requirements applicable to your venue. GET STARTED Start with a limited number of free scans. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited scanning. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account.
