The clearest difference is monetization model: Flowstate Hot Hiit Studio at free against FIT 850's free with in-app purchases. Flowstate Hot Hiit Studio also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). FIT 850's advantage is ratings volume (210 vs 2). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for FIT 850 against 5.0 for Flowstate Hot Hiit Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FIT 850 has 210 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
