Exposure Log is the fastest way for Seattle firefighters to keep a record of every fire exposure, and to have Form 407 filled in when you need it. Tell Siri "Log a smoke exposure in Exposure Log." The exposure saves instantly, even with no signal. Exposure Log then checks Seattle's public Real-Time Fire 911 data, finds the fire you were on, and fills in the incident number, call type, and address. If a few calls are close, it asks which one. LOG IN SECONDS • One Siri sentence, or one tap on Log exposure • Saves first, with no waiting on the network; incident details fill in right after • Quick choices for what you were exposed to, time exposed, PPE worn (remembered from last time), and whether you saw a physician FINDS THE INCIDENT • Matches your exposure to Seattle fire and hazmat calls using your location when you log • Keeps the exact call type, like Encampment Fire or Brush Fire • Pick from a short list, enter an incident number by hand, or remove a wrong one FORM 407, DONE • Every exposure carries the Form 407 fields: date, incident number, material, quantity, time exposed, protective equipment, and your comments, side effects, and physician answer • Export a filled-in "Record of Individual Exposure to Hazardous Materials" for any year as a PDF, ready to print, email, or upload • Missing details? The app shows which exposures need them and takes you straight there A LOG YOU'LL WANT TO OPEN • Month-by-month list with a yearly summary and a chart by call category • Search by incident number, address, or material; filter by year, category, and status • A sortable spreadsheet-style table in landscape • Export everything to CSV for Excel or Numbers TWO SETS OF GEAR • Track both sets of turnouts: when each was last washed and how many exposures it has had since • New exposures go on your clean set automatically • Log a wash with one tap, or say "Log a wash in Exposure Log" REMINDERS • A nudge when an exposure still needs its incident number or Form 407 details • A reminder when a set of gear hasn't been washed after a fire • Only between 8 AM and 9 PM, and adjustable in Settings PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Sign in with Apple. No passwords • Your log is private to your account and comes back when you sign in on a new phone • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your data is never sold or shared • Delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time Exposure Log works with Seattle Fire incidents. You can log exposures anywhere and enter incident numbers by hand.
