Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ManiBack at 5.0 against Cia Tradicional's 3.0. ManiBack also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.6). Cia Tradicional's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ManiBack holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ManiBack has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Cia Tradicional ships an update every 3 weeks, ManiBack fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
