About

Splits

Features

Splits is a training coach and a complete health app. It reads what your iPhone and Apple Watch already record and tells you what to do today: for a 5K, a marathon, a triathlon, a gran fondo, an open-water swim, a hybrid fitness race such as HYROX, or simply to get fitter. A PLAN MADE FOR YOU Answer a few questions (sport, race, goal, how much you train now, the days you really have, anything that hurts) and Splits writes a plan for that sport: speed and tempo for a 10K, marathon-pace long runs, sweet-spot rides, CSS sets, station circuits and compromised running for hybrid races. It starts from what you actually trained, grows safely, moves a missed key session, eases off after a hard week or a bad night, and fits around your calendar and the weather. TELL YOUR COACH "I only have five hours this week", "no training on Mondays", "my knee hurts": say it in your own words and the plan shows the change before it makes it. EVERY MORNING, HOW YOU ARE Readiness compares your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and training load with your own normal. A tide-style curve shows the best hour today for easy or hard work. MEASURES APPLE HEALTH DOES NOT GIVE YOU Training load, aerobic decoupling, heart-rate recovery, critical power and speed, intensity split, durability, sleep regularity and more, each with its method explained. EVERY WORKOUT Splits, heart rate, efficiency and your route in 3D for runs, rides and walks from any app that writes to Health. Log your gym sets and weights in Splits, or import them from Strong, Hevy and other gym apps. RACE DAY Pacing, fuelling and a race clock on iPhone and Apple Watch. ALSO - Apple Watch app with zone guidance and haptic alerts - Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and watch face - iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo and Mac, in sync through iCloud - No account, no ads. Your health data stays in Apple Health. SPLITS PRO Free: Summary, readiness, when to train, your plan and race day, every workout and every Health measure, widgets and the watch app. Splits Pro adds advanced metrics, the assistant, a season of races, calendar and weather planning, routes in 3D and the nutrition coach, as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan starts with a free week). Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage it in your Apple Account settings.
