The NGP Method is a fitness challenge. It starts out with a 3-week challenge and progresses to the next level. You will be only using your body weight to start. Whether you are a beginner, someone who is looking to get back into shape, or a fitness junkie this fitness challenge is for you. Working out in your home no one to judge you. The competition for this challenge is you and you alone. You are challenging yourself to look better and to feel better. 3-week challenge at one low price. Additional challenge will be priced differently. The download of NGPmethod is free of charge.
