Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bean Party at none against Pointless Wars's 1. Bean Party also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 22 months). Pointless Wars's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pointless Wars sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Bean Party asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pointless Wars against 5.0 for Bean Party. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pointless Wars has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
