Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: IGOTIN at 4.7 against Meet Offline's 3.2. IGOTIN also leads on ratings volume (2.4K vs 11) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days). Meet Offline's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IGOTIN sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Meet Offline asks for nothing beyond the download.
IGOTIN holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IGOTIN has 2.4K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Meet Offline's written reviews are positive against 54% of IGOTIN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Meet Offline ships an update every 10 days, IGOTIN every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
