SetWrap is a pocket production office for short-drama and film coordinators, producers and script supervisors: build call sheets, share them, mark scenes shot and track progress from one phone. Core records stay on your device. Works offline, no account. YOUR DAILY WORKFLOW • Call sheets: pick scenes from the library and set each scene's start time, background count, makeup and special requirements. Auto-schedule groups locations, day before night. Reorder, revise, void and set call-time reminders. • Share: export an image or PDF, or copy a plain-text version for group chats. • Tomorrow: Today reminds you when tomorrow isn't scheduled and creates it in one tap with today's call details. Carry over unfinished scenes. • Mark scenes shot on Today; long-press for Retake, Skipped or Cut. Progress and DOOD update instantly. • Scene library: by episode, searchable, reorderable. Continuous entry advances the scene number; pick locations and cast from your rosters. • Progress board: completion rate, progress by episode and location, projected wrap date. Five themes, light/dark mode, English and Chinese. 35 FREE PRODUCTION TOOLS Project tasks; Pre-call checklist; Production notes; Crew directory; Attendance & hours; Production expenses; Cash advances; Equipment checkout; Props checklist; Wardrobe continuity; Hair & makeup continuity; Meal orders; Transport dispatch; Location permits; Safety briefing; Shift handover; On-set issue tracker; Wrap return checklist; Shot checklist; Media card backup register; Sound-to-picture log; Location scouting sheet; Rooming list; Purchase orders; Consumables ledger; Contract payment milestones; Background cast requisitions; Call sheet confirmation log; Department call times; Rehearsal & fitting bookings; Scene shooting timer; Downtime log; Post-production delivery checklist; Shooting calendar; Batch scene status.
