Naps vs Meetly

Naps is an app that allows people to make plans for their journeys. With Naps, users can create Journeys for specific tasks, such as going to the grocery store or getting to work. They can also add photos and text to their Journeys to help them remember the steps involved. Users can also add Locations to their navigational plans where they can include photos and text alongside the map location. Naps is aimed at making the lives of people who find it hard to plan journeys easier by providing a place where they can put all the relevant information regarding following a route in one simple place.

Be in the conversation. Meetly records it, works out the language and who spoke, and turns it into clear notes, with the summary, transcript and original audio kept together. Press Record and put your phone down. Afterwards, revisit key decisions, review action items and replay the original words when you need the details. START FREE Save up to 5 conversations, up to 25 minutes each. Upgrade to Meetly Pro for more conversations, recordings with no length limit, up to 300 hours of summaries a month and additional AI features. MEETLY AUTO ENGINE Meetly detects the language first, then picks the right model: English and 24 European languages, specialized models for Chinese and 22 Indian languages, and 50+ more. Transcription and speaker recognition run on your device, offline after the required model download. Availability varies by model. RECORD, TRANSCRIBE AND REVISIT • Get an AI summary with key points and action items, search the transcript, and replay the original audio. • Take your own notes beside each conversation, with photos, files and tagged people. • Tag a voice once and Meetly recognizes it in later conversations. • Correct transcripts with Find & Replace and guide summaries with your own instructions. • Export summaries with speaker-labeled transcripts as PDFs. • Back up and restore your conversation library as a ZIP. ASK CLAUDE OR CHATGPT Set up the connector in Claude or the plugin in ChatGPT in one tap, then ask about any conversation: turn a client call into a follow-up, a brainstorm into a brief, or a product discussion into a specification. Other compatible AI apps can connect to Meetly's MCP address. Available tools and actions depend on your connected assistant. YOUR APPLE DEVICES, ONE LIBRARY Optional private iCloud sync keeps recordings across iPhone, iPad and Mac. Audio sync is a separate choice. On Mac, record calls on Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and other calling apps without a meeting bot joining. This call-capture feature is for Mac. Record with the knowledge and permission of the people involved. PRIVATE CAPTURE. YOUR CONTROL. Recording and transcription run on your device, offline after the required model download. Cloud summaries are optional and send transcript text, never audio, to the provider. You can turn them off in Settings. Connecting an AI assistant separately authorizes access to your library; that access can continue until you revoke it in Meetly. Depending on the connection mode, Connect AI may also store encrypted conversation data. CONVERSATION INSIGHTS · BETA On iPhone and iPad, see where your time goes: recurring topics, conversation types, who you talk with and speaking shares across the last 7 or 30 days, then return to the original conversations. Insights are estimates based on available transcripts and speaker labels. MEETLY PRO Unlock more conversations, recordings with no length limit, up to 300 hours of summaries a month and additional AI features with one subscription across your Apple devices. See the in-app plan for current features, allowances and pricing. Connected AI services have their own features, limits and terms. Meetly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
