Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MangaxComic at none against MangaHello's 1. MangaxComic also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). MangaHello's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
