Make daylight a daily habit. Set a personal daylight goal and see how much time you have spent outside today. A compatible Apple Watch records Time in Daylight in HealthKit, so your daily progress updates without starting a timer. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • See immediately whether you still need daylight today or have reached your goal. • Check daylight time, goal progress, and minutes remaining. • Keep your daily focus visible with iPhone widgets, Watch widgets, and watch-face complications. • Get one positive local alert on Apple Watch when you reach your goal. APPLE WATCH FIRST • Use the Watch app for Today, recent history, trends, and settings. • Keep tracking and receive the goal alert even when your iPhone is not nearby. • Synchronize your goal and preferences between iPhone and Apple Watch. LOCAL UV CONTEXT • Enable location deliberately when you want to see local UV information. • View the hourly UV index and daily maximum from Apple Weather. • Match HealthKit daylight intervals with hourly UV values using stored coarse location anchors. • Visible location and weather coverage show how complete that estimate is. • Optionally choose a skin-response preset for carefully worded guidance — never as a claimed safe exposure time. UNDERSTAND YOUR ROUTINE • Explore daylight duration and brightness in clear charts. • Compare days, weeks, and longer-term progress. • Choose a daily goal that fits your routine. • No account is required. Daylight reads Time in Daylight and ambient-light data from Apple Health. Data availability and update timing depend on your Apple Watch model, how it is worn, and HealthKit background delivery. Location access starts only when you activate the UV feature. On iPhone, the app then uses power-efficient significant location changes instead of continuous GPS. You can delete its location history from Settings after a warning and confirmation. The UV context estimate is not a measurement of your personal UV dose or skin exposure. Daylight duration, brightness, and UV index do not determine vitamin D or a safe amount of time in the sun. This app does not provide medical advice. Follow local sun-protection guidance. ACCESS OPTIONS New customers can explore the app for two days from their first download without an automatic charge. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase is required. Choosing a plan starts a paid purchase immediately. Previous paid-app customers retain permanent access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy: https://www.blogboxapp.de/datenschutz

** Reconnect with yourself—mindfully. ** At the heart of this app is a simple, yet profound practice of self-observation. Cultivate self-awareness by syncing emotions, body sensations, and thoughts, one mindful check-in at a time. Rooted in timeless teachings, this micro-journal provides a space for intentional reflection, free from distractions like stats or streaks. Your journey toward personal growth unfolds through the pauses you choose to take during your day. Whether through user-defined reminders, random reminders, or when you feel the need, you have the freedom to stop and reflect as often as you wish. This practice invites you to observe, connect, and better understand your emotional landscape, wherever you are. ** Why random reminders matter: ** The unpredictability of random reminders helps break the cycle of automatic behaviors, inviting you to pause and reflect in the midst of your day. By fostering mindfulness at unexpected moments, this practice encourages awareness of habitual patterns, helping you stay present and engaged with your experiences. ** How It Works: ** 1) Set Your Own Reminders - Cultivate mindfulness at your own pace. - Set user-defined reminders or choose random reminders to trigger throughout your day. - The frequency is entirely up to you, allowing the practice to fit seamlessly into your routine. 2) Observe and Record - When you feel the need or receive a reminder, simply stop what you're doing and take a moment to observe your internal state. - Make your journal entry of what's present in the moment: Notice your emotions, body sensations, and thoughts without judgment or analysis. - Over time, this practice deepens your awareness and connection to your inner experience. 3) Emotional Vocabulary - The app offers a range of choices and references to help you describe your emotional state more accurately. - It enhances your ability to fully capture what you're feeling and reduces the chances of mislabeling your emotions. - By using these resources, you gain clearer insight into your emotions, enhancing self-awareness and emotional intelligence. 4) Focusing on the Present, Not the Past - Observation is the core practice—your journey is about being present in the moment. - It's not about labeling every emotion or sensation, or revisiting journal entries to analyze them later. - By pausing and observing, you cultivate awareness and deepen your connection to yourself.
