Make daylight a daily habit. Set a personal daylight goal and see how much time you have spent outside today. A compatible Apple Watch records Time in Daylight in HealthKit, so your daily progress updates without starting a timer. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • See immediately whether you still need daylight today or have reached your goal. • Check daylight time, goal progress, and minutes remaining. • Keep your daily focus visible with iPhone widgets, Watch widgets, and watch-face complications. • Get one positive local alert on Apple Watch when you reach your goal. APPLE WATCH FIRST • Use the Watch app for Today, recent history, trends, and settings. • Keep tracking and receive the goal alert even when your iPhone is not nearby. • Synchronize your goal and preferences between iPhone and Apple Watch. LOCAL UV CONTEXT • Enable location deliberately when you want to see local UV information. • View the hourly UV index and daily maximum from Apple Weather. • Match HealthKit daylight intervals with hourly UV values using stored coarse location anchors. • Visible location and weather coverage show how complete that estimate is. • Optionally choose a skin-response preset for carefully worded guidance — never as a claimed safe exposure time. UNDERSTAND YOUR ROUTINE • Explore daylight duration and brightness in clear charts. • Compare days, weeks, and longer-term progress. • Choose a daily goal that fits your routine. • No account is required. Daylight reads Time in Daylight and ambient-light data from Apple Health. Data availability and update timing depend on your Apple Watch model, how it is worn, and HealthKit background delivery. Location access starts only when you activate the UV feature. On iPhone, the app then uses power-efficient significant location changes instead of continuous GPS. You can delete its location history from Settings after a warning and confirmation. The UV context estimate is not a measurement of your personal UV dose or skin exposure. Daylight duration, brightness, and UV index do not determine vitamin D or a safe amount of time in the sun. This app does not provide medical advice. Follow local sun-protection guidance. ACCESS OPTIONS New customers can explore the app for two days from their first download without an automatic charge. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase is required. Choosing a plan starts a paid purchase immediately. Previous paid-app customers retain permanent access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy: https://www.blogboxapp.de/datenschutz

NoiseShield is your personal sound safety assistant. It continuously monitors ambient noise in your environment using your device’s microphone and alerts you when sound levels reach dangerous thresholds. Whether you're in a city, a concert hall, a factory, or even at home using TV, NoiseShield helps you make informed choices to protect your hearing—before it’s too late. Why NoiseShield Matters Hearing loss caused by noise exposure is entirely preventable, yet it affects millions of people globally. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): “Noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period may start to damage your hearing. Sound at or above 120 dB can cause immediate harm.” (Source: CDC) The World Health Organization (WHO) states: “Over 1 billion young people (aged 12–35 years) are at risk of hearing loss due to recreational exposure to loud sounds.” (Source: WHO) From daily commutes and loud workplaces to concerts and headphone use, exposure to high sound levels adds up. NoiseShield gives you the tools to monitor and manage that risk in real time. Core Features Privacy-First Design NoiseShield does not record or save any audio. All sound level analysis is processed locally on your device, in real time. Real-Time Decibel Monitoring Continuously measures ambient sound levels using your device’s built-in microphone, with updates in real time. Smart Noise Alerts Receive automatic notifications when the noise around you exceeds safe thresholds, which you can customize (e.g., 70 dB, 85 dB, 100 dB). Background Monitoring Support NoiseShield can continue monitoring even when not in the foreground, depending on device capabilities and user permissions. Exposure History and Stats Track how many times and for how long you’ve been exposed to harmful noise. Use the data to monitor trends and adjust behavior. Hearing Safety Dashboard Get a clear visual summary of your noise exposure history over time, including daily and weekly decibel averages. Customizable Thresholds Fine-tune alert levels based on your personal hearing needs or health recommendations. Minimalist iOS-Inspired Interface Designed to resemble the iOS Reminders app, NoiseShield features intuitive navigation, clean typography, and full support for both Light and Dark Mode. Who Should Use NoiseShield Workers in Loud Environments Perfect for construction, manufacturing, and other settings where hearing protection is critical. Students and Teachers Ensure classrooms remain within healthy noise limits for better learning and focus. Musicians, DJs, and Audio Engineers Monitor decibel levels in studios or live events to prevent hearing fatigue or damage. Parents and Caregivers Track noise exposure for children, especially when using headphones or electronic toys. Urban Dwellers and Commuters Identify consistently noisy routes, neighborhoods, or workplaces. Drivers Adjust in-car stereo systems to safe levels and prevent long-term hearing damage during extended drives. Anyone with Hearing Sensitivities or Health Concerns Use NoiseShield to better understand and manage your sound environment. Did You Know? One in four U.S. adults who report excellent to good hearing already have measurable hearing damage. (Source: CDC) Fifty percent of people aged 12–35 listen to music at unsafe volumes on personal devices. (Source: WHO) NoiseShield empowers you to monitor your surroundings, make informed decisions, and take control of your hearing health—one decibel at a time. Download NoiseShield today and protect your hearing with science-backed awareness.
