Make daylight a daily habit. Set a personal daylight goal and see how much time you have spent outside today. A compatible Apple Watch records Time in Daylight in HealthKit, so your daily progress updates without starting a timer. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • See immediately whether you still need daylight today or have reached your goal. • Check daylight time, goal progress, and minutes remaining. • Keep your daily focus visible with iPhone widgets, Watch widgets, and watch-face complications. • Get one positive local alert on Apple Watch when you reach your goal. APPLE WATCH FIRST • Use the Watch app for Today, recent history, trends, and settings. • Keep tracking and receive the goal alert even when your iPhone is not nearby. • Synchronize your goal and preferences between iPhone and Apple Watch. LOCAL UV CONTEXT • Enable location deliberately when you want to see local UV information. • View the hourly UV index and daily maximum from Apple Weather. • Match HealthKit daylight intervals with hourly UV values using stored coarse location anchors. • Visible location and weather coverage show how complete that estimate is. • Optionally choose a skin-response preset for carefully worded guidance — never as a claimed safe exposure time. UNDERSTAND YOUR ROUTINE • Explore daylight duration and brightness in clear charts. • Compare days, weeks, and longer-term progress. • Choose a daily goal that fits your routine. • No account is required. Daylight reads Time in Daylight and ambient-light data from Apple Health. Data availability and update timing depend on your Apple Watch model, how it is worn, and HealthKit background delivery. Location access starts only when you activate the UV feature. On iPhone, the app then uses power-efficient significant location changes instead of continuous GPS. You can delete its location history from Settings after a warning and confirmation. The UV context estimate is not a measurement of your personal UV dose or skin exposure. Daylight duration, brightness, and UV index do not determine vitamin D or a safe amount of time in the sun. This app does not provide medical advice. Follow local sun-protection guidance. ACCESS OPTIONS New customers can explore the app for two days from their first download without an automatic charge. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase is required. Choosing a plan starts a paid purchase immediately. Previous paid-app customers retain permanent access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy: https://www.blogboxapp.de/datenschutz
