Vita Epsilon vs BiteBook

Vita Epsilon is a food service distribution company catering to hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, pastry shops, gelaterias and generally businesses with professional kitchens. Boasting a wide range of high-quality products (frozen, refrigerated, and ambient), Vita Epsilon is engaging both in the distribution and the direct import of products such as fish and seafood, meat, dairy and cheese, charcuterie and vegetables, pasta, rice, cereals, flour, nuts, eggs, oils and fats, herbs and spices, fruits, pastries, chocolate, coffee etc. Vita Epsilon is a Greek company, founded in Santorini back in 2008, acknowledging the crucial role of gastronomy in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations. The company gradually extended its portfolio and scope to the market of the Cycladic islands. Its remarkable growth is the result of its vision and dedication to quality and exceptional service: the company’s products and business partnerships are selected following diligent and constant evaluations of the international market focusing on quality, value, consistency, innovation, and sustainability creating a coveted portfolio. However, what literally propelled Vita Epsilon’s reputation is its focus on an exceptional level of services, that exceed the typical standards of timely deliveries, including: consulting services, free loans of coffee machines and repair services, a state-of-the-art butcher’s lab (ISO and HACCP certified), a Food hall showcasing the entire range of products, a Kitchen Lab for live tastings and demonstrations, and of course exceptional logistics services, thanks to its 3.000 sq.m warehouse and private fleet of 15 vans. This mobile app is the latest addition in our ongoing efforts to upgrade our services, which we aspire to become yet another valuable tool for all you, foodservice professionals, who may now place your orders around the clock and avoid mistakes or delays.
