Your check can look right and still come up short. LineLedger checks it. Snap or upload your pay stub. LineLedger checks it against the hours you logged and YOUR labor agreement, at the rate for the dates you worked and your classification, and tells you if it came up short and by about how much. Built for journeyman linemen. No account, no sign-up. Free to start. CHECK YOUR PAY • Pay audit: your logged straight time, overtime, double time, per diem and missed meals are checked against what your agreement says, with the contract sections cited. • Results come back plain: Looks Good, Minor Issues, You Got Shorted, or Need More Info, with an estimated amount owed when the agreement gives a clean number. • Also looks at deductions on the stub, including withholding, Social Security, Medicare, and your working dues against the agreement's dues rate when the agreement states one. • Fix-it Check: when a contractor fixes a short check, see whether "8 hours straight" came back as "4 hours double time" and left NEAP and Lineco four hours short. Share it with your business rep. ASK YOUR AGREEMENT • Upload your labor agreement (PDF, scanned pages too) and ask plain-English questions: overtime, per diem, subsistence, meal penalties, holidays, rates, show-up pay. • Answers quote the agreement and cite the section they came from. If a rate isn't in your agreement, it won't make one up. CHECK YOUR BENEFITS • Upload your quarterly NEAP or Lineco statement. LineLedger checks the hours the fund was told against the hours in your book, month by month. • NEAP statements by payroll month: each month's dollars are turned back into hours against the days you logged. Short months, months that never got reported, and money that came in late all get flagged. • Fund Rules: set how NEAP, NEBF, Lineco and your local's funds are paid (per hour or percent of gross), or let it read them off your agreement. Nothing counts until you OK it. CREDENTIALS WALLET • Keep your CPR, OSHA 10, DOT physical, letter of rec and dues receipt in one place, locked behind Face ID. • Reminders 30 days before something expires and on the day it does. LOG YOUR HOURS • Log each day fast: straight time, overtime, double time, per diem and missed meals. Big buttons, usable with gloves on. • Dictate your daily notes by voice. • Attach time sheets and pay stubs to each pay week. FREE VS. PRO Free: • Hour logging, agreement upload, stub and time sheet attach, NEAP/Lineco statement checks, Fix-it Check, credentials wallet. • 5 free LineLedger Cloud AI uses in total, shared across pay audits, agreement chat, Fund Rules reads and statement reads. • Unlimited AI with the on-device model (iPhones with Apple Intelligence) or your own API key. LineLedger Pro ($7.99/month or $59.99/year): • Unlimited LineLedger Cloud AI: pay audits, agreement chat, and Fund Rules and statement reads. • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. PRIVACY • No account and no sign-up. Your ledger lives on your phone. • To answer a question or audit a period, LineLedger sends that contract text and pay data to its AI provider. It asks before the first time anything leaves your phone. Prefer to keep everything local? Switch to the on-device model in Settings and nothing leaves your phone. LineLedger is a helper, not legal advice, and it can make mistakes. It doesn't check shift differentials, zone pay or travel pay. Verify anything important with your hall or business rep before acting on it. SUBSCRIPTION LineLedger Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) for unlimited Cloud analysis and agreement chat. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
