Archery Toolkit contains various utilities that can be used by archers to improve their performance. - Handicaps Calculator: It lets you calculate handicaps for a given score and round. It also shows the score needed to get next handicap. Date can be used to calculate old or new handicaps. New handicaps came into effect on 1st January 2023. - Classifications Calculator (ArcheryGB): It lets you calculate classifications for a given score, bow type, gender, age group and round. It also shows the score needed to get next classification. Date can be used to calculate old or new classifications. New classifications (for outdoor rounds) came into effect on 1st January 2023. - Sightmarks Estimator: Enter two known sightmarks to predict sightmarks for various distances in both meters and yards. This will give you a good (possibly accurate) estimate for a distance. You may need to adjust a bit depending on weather conditions. - Timer: It can be used in a competition or to simulate competition conditions. Times for prepare to shoot, shooting time and warning time can be adjusted based on your needs. - Interval Timer: This is a flexible timer that lets you create various exercises (e.g. bow hold exercise) and speaks when to start exercise, rest or cooldown, so you can focus on the exercise and not on the clock. We are constantly improving the app, if you like specific tools to be included, please do let us know and we make that a priority. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Field Target is the companion app for air rifle precision shooting in the Field Target discipline — the sport regulated by the WFTF (World Field Target Federation). Designed by a shooter for shooters, the app brings together everything you need at the range: setup management, ballistic tables, calibration, weather briefings and session tracking. Your data stays on your device — no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. KEY FEATURES - Rifle setups — manage multiple configurations with calibre (.177/.22), pellet weight, velocity, ballistic coefficient (G1), sight height and zero distance - Holdover tables — metre-by-metre tables from 9 to 50 m, computed from your real-world calibration. Switch between mrad and MOA automatically based on your scope's click value - Smart calibration — measure your true holdovers at the range (in clicks or your scope's angular unit) and the app interpolates between points to generate the full table. Zero point highlighted - Weather briefing — wind speed, gusts, direction, temperature, humidity, pressure and air density from your location, with qualitative impact assessment for your shot. Requires internet connection. Powered by Open-Meteo - Training sessions — log targets one by one with distance, kill zone size (15/25/40 mm), shooting position (free, kneeling, standing) and hit or miss. Built-in countdown timer with beep and vibration - Statistics — aggregated insights across all your sessions: hit percentage by distance, kill zone, position and weather conditions. Distance × KZ heatmap - A4 print — full ballistic sheet with trajectory chart, setup parameters and weather snapshot, formatted to fit on a single A4 page for the range - Six languages — Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German and Italian - Adjustable text size — accessibility-friendly zoom from 80% to 160% - Dark and light themes - Private by design — your setups, calibration points and session history stay on your device. No accounts, no servers storing your data, no tracking, no ads. Internet is only used to fetch the latest weather data for your briefing Built for HFT and FT competitors, plinking enthusiasts and air rifle precision shooters. Compatible with both spring-piston and PCP rifles.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Field Target at none against Archery Toolkit's shown. Archery Toolkit's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
