Slingshot vs Pine

Slingshot is the quickest way to share moments with your friends. Just drag your finger down to reveal the camera, then release to instantly capture the picture and send it off. Your screen will fill up with slingshots your friends have sent you, and can be viewed just by tapping each bubble. Bubbles are open for a default of six seconds, and "pop" once closed. SHARE TO SEE When a friend sends you a post, share something with them to unlock it. Already shared with them in the last 24 hours? Their posts are open. Each post disappears from friends 24 hours after it was sent. RIGHT ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add Pine's widget to see moments from your closest friends throughout the day. Choose Latest to keep up with your circle, or Favorite for someone you especially miss. Locked posts open once you've shared with that friend. MAKE IT FUN Send photos and videos with funny effects, filters and games. Try a friend's effect, share your game result, or stack a few things together. An ordinary photo is welcome too. YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR PACE Send to all your close friends or choose someone specific. Reply, react and keep the conversation going in chat. No daily alarm or scheduled posting time. Just a little reason to show up for each other. GET CLOSER 1. Add your closest friends. 2. Send a photo, video or game post. 3. Unlock what those friends sent you. 4. Keep them on your Home Screen. Pine is for people 13 and older. Users aged 13-17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian. AI creations featuring friends require their likeness consent and are labeled fictional. Block, report, revoke likeness consent or delete your account in Settings > Privacy & Safety.
