From stopping an alarm to starting your morning. ChoShukanka combines an alarm clock with a short exercise mission. Set your wake-up time and choose an exercise the night before. In the morning, move in front of your camera and take the first step toward a routine. The app interface is currently in Japanese. PLAN YOUR MORNING Choose a time and repeat days. Pick push-ups, squats, or a plank, then set a target that suits you. Push-ups and squats use repetitions; planks use seconds. COUNT YOUR MOVEMENT On-device AI detects exercise through your camera. Review your completion history and consecutive days as you build your routine. START SMALL Begin with a manageable target. You can also choose a standard alarm mode without an exercise mission. For an enabled alarm, changes that make a mission easier are restricted during the six hours before the alarm, so plan ahead. If you feel unwell, use emergency stop or an alternative mission rather than pushing through. PRIVACY Camera footage used for exercise detection is processed on your device, not sent to or stored on a server. Photos are shared only when you choose to share them. If you enable accountability notifications and connect with someone using a notification code, mission failure results are automatically sent to that person. PLEASE NOTE Alarm behavior depends on your OS and device settings. Check the OS scheduling status after saving an alarm. Detection accuracy varies with lighting, clothing, and camera placement. Stop exercising if you experience pain or feel unwell. This app is not a medical device or treatment. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
