This specialized app provides an evidence-based framework to facilitate shared decision-making and ensure clear, effective communication. Key Features: - Individual Prognosis Calculation – Assess whether resuscitation and shared decision-making are clinically justified or if alternative measures should be recommended in an emergency. - Illustrations and Suggested Phrasing – Use visual aids and structured phrasing to explain the resuscitation process in a clear and patient-friendly way. - Intuitive Checklists – Systematically record and document the resuscitation status with a simple, guided checklist.
