Hummingbird - Speed Camera Alerts Never get caught off guard again. Hummingbird gives you fast, reliable, real-time warnings for speed cameras, red-light cameras, and automated license-plate readers (ALPR) across the United States - so you can keep your eyes on the road and drive with confidence. Built for drivers who want a calm, clear heads-up - not a noisy, cluttered dashboard. KEY FEATURES • Real-time camera alerts - Get warned as you approach a camera, with the distance and direction to it. • Spoken "Camera ahead" voice + alarm — A clear audible alert so you don't have to look at your phone. • Background alerts - Hummingbird can warn you even when the app is closed and your phone is locked, so you're covered the entire drive. • Drive Mode - A big, glanceable display with your current speed, the posted speed limit, a live compass pointing to the nearest camera, trip stats, and an elevation chart. • Automatic night mode - The screen switches to a dark, low-glare theme at sunset based on your location. • Nationwide coverage — Tens of thousands of cameras across the country, loaded live around you and kept up to date every month. • Clean, fast map — Cameras cluster as you zoom out and separate as you zoom in. Speed cameras always show as their own clearly marked pins. • Smart, single alerts — One clear warning per camera zone, not a flood of repeated notifications. WHY HUMMINGBIRD • No ads.
