Thought Path is an inbox to quickly capture all your thoughts, ideas, and tasks. Easily see the output of your brain over time, on a map, or in search results. You can integrate Thought Path with Shortcuts, to automate capturing and reviewing your thoughts. Though Path is free to use indefinitely, but you will need to review and archive all your thoughts once you reach a cap of 15. Pro users can remove this limit with a subscription fee. This app is made by a sole indie developer, and that means I care about user experience, not collecting user data. All your thoughts and ideas are saved on device and synced over iCloud - nothing is ever sent anywhere else for any reason. ThoughtTrack is a calm space for capturing fleeting thoughts before they slip away. Speak your mind, and let go. Your thoughts drift into the background, resurfacing gently when the context is right—not when an arbitrary timer goes off. THE PROBLEM WITH TRADITIONAL REMINDERS Most reminder apps demand your attention at the wrong moments. They interrupt meetings, buzz during dinner, and create stress instead of relieving it. ThoughtTrack is different. It learns your patterns and waits for the right moment. HOW IT WORKS • Capture Instantly Tap the button and speak. Your thought is transcribed and stored in seconds. No typing, no organizing, no friction. • Let It Drift Your thoughts enter "drift mode"—a calm holding space where they wait patiently. • Resurface Naturally ThoughtTrack considers your calendar, location, time of day, weather and activity before bringing a thought back. Busy in a meeting? It waits. Free on a Saturday morning? Perfect time for that idea about the garden project. KEY FEATURES Voice Capture Tap to record, tap to save. Instant transcription powered by on-device speech recognition. Your voice stays private. Text Capture Prefer typing? Tap to type your thought instead. Intelligent Resurfacing Context-aware notifications that respect your schedule, location, and focus modes. Apple Watch App Capture thoughts from your wrist with the same hold-to-record simplicity. Perfect for those moments when your phone isn't handy. Home Screen Widgets Quick capture widget for instant access. See your latest thoughts at a glance. Siri & Quick Actions "Capture a text thought" or "Capture a voice thought" — just ask Siri. Use the Action Button for instant voice capture, or add Control Center toggles for one-tap access. App Intents & Shortcuts Build custom automations with the Shortcuts app. Capture thoughts, read back your latest thought, or let go of thoughts — all without opening the app. Privacy First All transcription happens on-device. Your thoughts are yours alone. iCloud sync keeps everything secure across your devices. WHO IT'S FOR • People with busy minds who have ideas throughout the day • Anyone tired of forgetting that thing they wanted to remember • Those who find traditional task managers overwhelming • People who want a calmer relationship with their thoughts ThoughtTrack isn't a to-do list. It's a memory companion—a gentle system that holds your thoughts until you're ready for them. Free to try. Unlimited capture with ThoughtTrack Pro.
