SomaCheck is a body-based vibecheck for the moments when your state matters: before a meeting, a decision, a difficult conversation, or showing up for someone else. In about three seconds, a simple wrist gesture gives you an Aligned or Unaligned reflection. It is a signal to consider—not a verdict. You decide what it means and what happens next. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the moment you want to check. 2. Hold a clear statement in mind. 3. Make three wrist movements using the in-app guide. 4. See an Aligned or Unaligned reflection. 5. Agree, disagree, continue, or choose optional guided support. BUILT FOR MOMENTS THAT MATTER • Engineers and founders before committing to the next move • Executives and leaders before a consequential decision • Care providers before showing up for someone else • Anyone who wants a fast pause before acting NOTICE WHAT REPEATS Journey keeps your completed check-ins together so you can revisit a statement and notice patterns over time.
