Decem
Read full descriptionHide full description
Decem keeps the one number every personal trainer carries in their head: how many sessions each client has left. Add a client. Sell them a pack. Book them. Check the session off when it happens, and the count drops by one. That's the whole idea, and everything else in Decem exists to make that faster. CHECK OFF WITHOUT OPENING THE APP A home screen widget shows who's up today. Tap the circle and the session is done and counted. At the end of the day Decem sends one notification, "3 sessions today. All done?", and one press checks everyone off. That's the only notification it sends unless you ask for more. BOOK ONCE, NOT EVERY WEEK Book a client weekly for a number of weeks, or weekly until their pack runs out. Any session can be repeated at the same time next week in one tap. Two clients in one slot? Book them together and each uses a session from their own pack. KNOW BEFORE THEY RUN OUT Every client shows their count at a glance. Decem warns you at two left, and when you check off someone's last session it offers to sell the next pack right there. Sell a new pack while the old one still has sessions and they simply stack. YOUR CALENDAR, BOTH WAYS Every booking lands in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. Move it there and Decem follows. Delete it there and the session is cancelled. Type a client's name into the Decem calendar and it becomes a booking. Conflicts with the rest of your life show up before you double book. ONE TAP CONFIRMATIONS After booking, Decem drafts a text to the client with the details and a calendar invite attached. You tap Send. The wording is yours to change. HONEST COUNTING Booking a session never touches the count. Only checking it off does. No shows and late cancellations follow your policy, and the answer is locked onto that session so changing your policy later never rewrites history. Every client's history shows a running balance, so you can see exactly where each session went. Moving over from paper? Enter the purchase date and what's already been used, and Decem picks up from there. PAYMENTS AND PACKAGES Set up what you sell: a single session, a 5 pack, a 10 pack, whatever your price list looks like. Record payments against each pack and see who owes what. KNOW WHAT YOU REALLY EARN (DECEM PRO) Insights turns your own data into the numbers a trainer never has: what you actually earn per session delivered, how much bulk discount you've given, what's owed to you, how many paid sessions are still on the books, your busiest days and hours, your top clients by value, and who's going quiet with sessions left. No tax jargon, no spreadsheets. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE Your clients live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. No Decem account, no Decem server, nothing to leak. Export everything to CSV any time, or delete everything in one tap. Free for your first three clients, forever, with every feature. Decem Pro unlocks unlimited clients and Insights, monthly, yearly, or once for life. Nothing is ever taken away: if Pro lapses, your clients stay right where they are. Built by a trainer, for trainers who count. Privacy Policy: https://decemapp.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Solis Movement Toronto at none against Decem's 3. Decem's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
