Would you like to keep track of your daily sodium intake? This app is an app that allows you to easily record your sodium intake. Please note that there is no function to automatically calculate sodium from food names. The amount of sodium can be selected in units of [mg] or [g], which are easy to record. If you fill in the food name and amount of sodium on the home screen and tap it, the sodium intake of the day will be recorded. If you tap the favorite icon, you will be able to enter the sodium amount immediately from the favorite from the next time. The "History" screen displays the food name and sodium amount for the date selected on the calendar. You can modify the data by double-tapping the data. You can add data that you forgot to record by clicking the "Add" button. The Analyze screen shows graphs of your weekly, monthly and yearly sodium intake. It also displays your average daily calorie intake for that period. On the Settings screen, you can set your daily sodium intake goal and the first day of the week on the calendar. You can choose to start Monday or Sunday. Also, it is possible to select [mg] or [g] as the unit of the amount of sodium. In the free version, you can create up to 10 favorites and check the history for one week. If you want to create unlimited favorites and check the entire history, please consider purchasing the premium version within the app. ---------------------- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: https://akikibai-laboratory.jimdofree.com/privacy-policy/

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MyBytes at none against Sodium Log's 1. MyBytes also leads on ads (none vs shown). Sodium Log's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.5). On price there is nothing between them.
